I came to ACC auto interested in their toyota rav4, was greeted by Sam and let me tell you the experience was very good! I asked for the keys to check out the car and he provided them without question, they let me check the car out without hovering around me the whole time, which for me is a must, took the vehicle for a test drive and everything went well, their car was exactly as shown, excelent condition, car was clean, under the hood it looked good, fresh oil, they provided car fax and they gave me a very good price(very happy about that!) So i bought the car on the spot.Al made the process simple and explained everything, Sam was super attentive and both are very nice to deal with, loved the fact that they were not pushy or hovering around me the whole time, definitely recommend this dealer, im very satisfied with my purchase (2019 toyota rav4)and would buy from them again.Thanks Al and Sam for excellent customer service.

I had an amazing experience at ACC Auto! Sam is seriously the best. It was really hard for me to find the right car while being in college and searching everywhere for something reliable and perfect for me. One day I stopped by ACC Auto and saw this beautiful 2018 Toyota Yaris iA, and ever since then I’ve loved it.I test drove it and Sam did everything possible to help me get this car. His communication was great, the service was great, and he really believed in me and encouraged me throughout the whole process. That meant a lot to me.If you go to ACC Auto, I highly recommend asking for Sam. I’m forever grateful for his help and I’ll definitely come back if I ever need anything again. I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander from here and had a great experience! Sam was very helpful and installed an Apple CarPlay device including a backup camera. They also list their cars on the website with a free CarFax report. The process was very easy. Thanks Sam!

I dealt with Al and had a terrific experience. I let Al know a price range and the type of vehicle that I was looking to buy for my daughter. When they receive a vehicle it goes directly to a mechanic to identify and/or fix any issues, including body work. This is more than what you would get from a random seller. The whole process was transparent and pressure free. Several vehicles came in during my timeframe and Al let me know about the ones that fit my needs and in the cases that they needed minor work, he let me know what the issue was and how they were addressing it. Al and crew are very friendly and trustworthy. I cannot emphasize the word 'trustworthy' enough. I highly recommend ACC Auto.
